BWI terminal tips

• Concourses A, B and C are reached through Checkpoints A, B or C; Concourses D and E through Checkpoint D/E.
• Southwest uses the A/B/C checkpoints; most other airlines, including international carriers, use Checkpoint D/E. Check the airport terminal map for your airline.
• Rideshare pickup is on the upper level; parking, rail, hotel and rental car shuttles stop on the lower level.
• If you’re picking someone up, wait in the airport’s Cell Phone Lot.
• Check flight status at bwiairport.com or with your airline.
